About

Circus Kaput is an intimate theatrical circus based in St. Louis, Missouri.  It started as the brainchild of Josh Routh and Michael Hagerstrom, two masters of physical comedy, otherwise known as “The Brothers Kaputnik.” It’s shows blend elements of street performance, classic circus, dance, and comedy. Ensemble shows have included contortionists, jugglers, clowns, and aerialists.

Past presentations include, “Last Minute Circus Gourmet Dinner Theatre”, “Run Away With Us”, and “Café Kaput”. CK has been featured on NBC, ABC, UPN and FOX affiliate television stations.

In 2004 they were the featured performers for Major League Baseball's official World Series Gala.

CK also performs educational themed shows and teaches workshops in schools and libraries across the country. CK’s newest show is “Jadoo - A One Man Comedic Circus.”
